Dragon Steaks Trivial?
 

So I have been skilling up baking because I hate my life. Anyway, I was wondering what the trivial max was on baking. I am nearing 200, and back on live i was under the impression that dragon steaks trivialed at 242:

However, the wiki lists them at 200, making them the second highest trivial item:

PS: If i get a tradeskill to 200, can i get others past 200? Is 200 the GM cutoff, or is 201 the cutoff.
