Is trading between red and blue allowed?
 

I have items on red that I would like to trade for plat/gear on blue if it's allowed. If not then nevermind.

I wish they would make it legal again. but I guess it was too much work trying to deal with scammers and possible RMT coverups. Without a mediator that can be used 24/7 for transfers/trades people inevitably get scammed, and then turn to petitioning and GM has to track down both sides on both servers so I can see where they are coming from.
