Twisted Nature Armor
 

The Twisted Nature Armor from PoM is supposed to be pink.
RBG: 200, 130, 180 according to http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=6357

It currently looks like brown Tizmak armor on my woof elf female druid.

this would change my attitude towards this armor...

Rumblebum needs to be in all pink.

I can confirm that Twisted Nature armor was pink on live. I can also confirm that it was pink because of my character at the time (IYKYK).

I was the first Druid on live to collect a full set of Twisted Nature armor on Danni. I also lead the first successful raid on POM. If you played on live you might have heard about it. When we zoned into PoM there was a dozen GM’s waiting for us because the zone wasn’t ready yet.

I’d love to see this armor restored to its original color.

The armor is pink in the DB. It's slightly pink in game. It's possible something else is wrong with how the client applies the tint.

It's the standard issue relating to the..2003 (I think?) patch that altered tinting and messed up how the game displays colors. the by then-abandoned old world models were particularly affected. I have one armor set in the bank that can look deep red, pale red, silver, purple, or gold in-game depending on the seemingly random whims of how it decides to render it.

That sounds more like an issue with dynamic lighting. A lot of armor looks wrong with dynamic lighting on, black looks greenish and gold looks yellow, everything is far too bright and it messes with many tints. If you disable dynamic lighting, you may find your armor looking like you expect.

Breastplate of Eradication is my favorite for this. I've seen it from black, gold, red, purple, pink, green, blue, and all around again. It's such a goofy but fun little bug.

I’m not sure if this would factor in or not. But my character was half elven, which is rare for druids. The armor did not look like leather. It looked like plate. I’m not sure what it looks like on P99, I’m a low level newb and don’t know any high level druids. ��

Make it more pink!! :o
