How many hours do you sleep?
 

Curious how the everquest people sleep at night/day. Do you sleep a lot? A little?
Camps keeping you up at night or are you resting peacefully?
Perhaps responsibilities are cutting into your sleep schedules?

3 to 7. 8 or more and I'm lazy.

Working in the morning and helping out Rustle in the evening gets me a solid 5 hours of sleep pretty regularly.

Most people are harming themselves a great deal by not getting in 7-9 hours (the normal range). There are some people that only need 4 hours, but its a very small percentage of the population. I hear Bill Gates fits that category...but I honestly think billionaires tend to spread propaganda about themselves in this way. They want you to believe they're always working 16+ hours a day.

I sleep about 7.5

I need 9+ to feel refreshed and function normally, but generally only get about 7. D pending on work projects I may do a week or two on 4- per night and that just fucking sucks. My skin looks awful, I feel all bloated and generally look and feel like hell. I spent a lot of my teens and early 20s on 4hr sleep and felt fine, but cannot do that anymore :c I do get much more creative though ^^ and emotional... :c lol

Sleep and caffeine are the American dream.

Sleep from between 1/2 am til about 745am during the week. Weekends maybe 2-3am til 10 if i'm lucky. more then 3-4 days of 4-5 hours though and i will just pass out one night at 7pm and sleep 12 hours.
