Is there a way to adjust how fast it goes?

You mean the scroll wheel?

You can adjust that in windows in the mouse properties in the control panel. Not sure if that translates into a noticeable difference in EQ though...

Afaik there is no way to adjust scroll wheel lines per scroll in EQ itself..
