Not sure which would be faster. Waiting for vox to drop one that's not needed by a guild wizard that made the kill. Or leveling your research up to make it yourself lol. Haven't checked, but pretty sure lady vox is the only source of the droppable version.

If you didn't burn up your points you can do it for about 2 or 2.5k make ur own if I recall.
