Alcohol Consumption permanently impacting Hand to Hand
 

I searched a few different ways and didn't find any information about this. I'm a level 55 monk who just got his epic. Was working h2h skill and got it above 240-something. Grinding some faction in Kael Arena I enjoyed a few bottles of brandy. I glanced at my stats and saw H2H skill was reduced to 235. I assume this is due to the alcohol and thought nothing of it. However, hours later my h2h is still red on my skills screen and 'capped' at 235. I spoke with a few other monks who also noticed their hand to hand was red and below where it should be. Is this a known bug? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Try zoning to cobalt scar.

Works for a lot of skill cap bugs.

Aaand as a followup. Just checked while in guk (hadn't drank again) and now it's back to 235. What gives?

I believe it is a bug to do with skill caps changing during velious. The inexplicable fix is visiting CS each time you log on. I think the getting drunk may have been just a coincidence?
