Bards Using Dark Elf Illusion in Neriak RUINS immersion
 

I can get behind bards having access to the rogue illusion masks.

What I CANNOT get behind is the immersion ruining dumbass dork elves... The facts are these:

• dark elf cannot be bard
• bards look like bards
• the guards should realize these pansies r bards, probably wood elf scum corrupting the purity of their hate

frankly it's just stupid.

Come now, disguise and beguilement are well-known to be bardic arts, as much as rogues.

Dark Elves have entertainers too, though they may not be a playable class.

are you saying the only reason bards enter neriak is to prostitute themselves for fame and fortune?

Agree w/ OP on DE bards. Needs some sort of explanation. Either allow dark elves to be bards, or make it so songs (other than liek charms, faction things and stuff) break illusion

Really, I would like to see all race class restrictions removed. Don't have to add new trainers or anything, just make anyone who starts an unorthodox race/class combo have to travel and earn faction with a guild leader for one of the existing races. Also make their starting home faction lower than normal (depending on the combo, maybe even kos!). They are outcasts after all :3
