Halfling warrior here, lvl 40. Here is my equipment. What do you recommend for the future levels? I'm new in the server so its difficult to get money, but I am managing ok..

You can level to 60 with that just fine. Get some WR bags? The evil eye and ghoul supplier in guk drop a 70% and 65% bag, Kaesora ghosts drop a 25% one and there is a bunch of others like the Shralok pack you could get for relatively little money. Why does it matter? It lets you lug around resist pieces, specialized weaponry AND loot like a boss.

Other than that, you would need levels before you can hit money camps or raid targets for significant upgrades.

jboots as soon as you can, rest of your gear will last you well into the 50s/60

Just build a resist swap set and you'll be good to go. MR or resist-all rings, wurm scale coat, earring of essence etc. Your goal is to be able to get to around 120+ MR and FR unbuffed for raiding, without sacrificing too much ac/hp.

that neck and mask are easy targets to upgrade. just use the wiki, equipment by class, filter it by the stat you wanna raise and go down the list until you see something easy to find in EC or camp.

improve your haste. get a rbg or rbb if you're not in a raid guild that has access to cof/cocw/com.

Can replace earrings with small upgrade of Ry Gorr earrings

Mask and neck definitely. Enshrouded Veil and Crystal spider eyes aren't too bad, and maybe try and just get out to WW and get a +4 necklace or something if you have a few high level friends

I would recommend getting a Shrunken Earring and jboots for insta-click buffs for those caster mobs that like to dispell.
