patching eq- connection failure
 

hello,

I just installed everything and followed the instructions. i double click my eq icon that i set up with the instructions and it trys to download patches i am guessing... than an error msg pops up after a few mins.
could not establish a connection. please check your network connection or contact sony.

please help
