I am going to roll a dwarf rogue, is there any reason to choose anything other than agnostic? Any cool quests offered to worshippers of Brell or Bristlebane?

Brell can help you move about more easily in the hole, if that is worth anything to you.

Probably this. Religion will get you into trouble while in DE form. Cultural armor choices aren't great for chain users and there are enough cheap armor choices where you won't need the cultural stuff.
