Skill Caps - Bard Instruments
 

I had previously had all of my instrument skills up to level 235 (and it said that in my character info screen). Since turning 51, I noticed that now all of them say 200 in red. Any idea why this would be?

it's likely related to the hybrid defense bug. there's a thread going on for quite some time now, and it's not clear how/when it'll be resolved.

That's odd, because mine stayed red until 51, at which point the values corrected themselves.
