Bilbis Briar/Watchman Dexlin Spawn broken
 

Bilbis Briar/Watchman Dexlin should be despawing at 8AM each EQ day, respawning shortly after with either Bilbis (commonly) or Dexlin (rarely).

As it is currently set, they do not despawn and if they go away (killed, despawned as a result of the end of the TIny Skeleton quest, Etc) they do not respawn until the server is reset.
