Error code sp-1
 

It has been a 2-3 months since ive logged in. I extracted v43 download.
I get the error code in the title.
None of my toons appear nor am I able to enter the game.
I searched in the FAQ and was not able to pull anything up that had this error code.
Any suggestions?

Make sure it got extracted correctly.
Keep trying.
Could be a connection issue.
