Karnor's Castle - Skeletal Captain - Resolved
 

This mob is supposed to have a chance to drop ranger gaunts and soul binder according to eqatlas. I have killed a metric fuckton of captains and never seen either item drop.

They're both on the loot table, RNG not being kind to you.
