Braux Grengar Quests - Qeynos Catacombs
 

He offers quests for the staff of the blood sabers, and armor, but he doesn't give the items, nor responds to the dialog inputs.

These quests shouldn't be in the game, so all that needs to be done is removing the dialogue.
