- Qeynos = SonyEQ
- Vehement Sword of Reivaj = Javier, probably a dev name or something
- Rathe = Earth

Neriak is an anagram of the celtic name Kieran, there are also similarly named NPCs (Kiaren I think is for the monk epic).

There is a barbarian village in West Karana named after metallica band members.

Never heard about the Metallica village.
