Melee to enter key
 

Is it possible to get my enter key to activate the melee key. Also would like to be able tie a target key to my F key.

Any help would be appreciated.

Open the options menu in game and click on the Keys tab -> Select category -> Commands. You can only bind the numpad enter key to autoattack because enter is the default key for chatting, which you can't change - and even if you could, that would suck because every time you're done typing a message you'd push enter again and turn on autoattack.

Key bindings for targeting is in the Target category in the same menu.

Played EQ 15 years ago. I have no idea where the option is to be found. The only one I see is the one on the log in page and it asks for your video card and a couple of other things. Help an old man out and help me find the option screen.

Thanks paulgiamatti. That is the second time you have responded to a question of mine.

I cannot seem to find the options screen, other that the one that is in the login. An answer to this question will be a big step toward fixing a few of my headaches.

Open the Options menu by pressing O.
