Login Questions
 

When I try to log in I get an Everquest screen which has login as a button. That button takes me to a screen which has a space for STATION USERNAME, space for STATION PASSWORD, button of LOGIN.

1. is the above the screen I should have.
2.. Do I use the username from EQemulator or user name from Project 1999.
3. Tried them both and I get DB Error Invalid Password

Any help appreciated

1. Yes.
2. You use your game account user name and password, not your forum user name and password. You are logging into the EQEmulator server and choosing to play Project 1999.

how do I reset game passwords? I can reset forums just fine but see no way to reset the game password.

Correct - you need to be using the Loginserver Account name and password that you created at eqemulator.org.

Sign in to your eqemulator.org account and click Change Password under the Navigation pane on the left.


I think there tends to be some confusion with this setup process because "EQEmulator account" can refer to two different things: the website/forum account at eqemulator.org, which bears no relation to Project 1999, and your Project 1999 Loginserver Account(s), which are created by using your eqemulator.org account.
