Hand to Hand skill in red won't go up
 

So newly 60 monk here my hand to hand skill has been in red for quite some time and will not go up to the cap. It's currently 245 out of the possible 252. I've exped 20% into 60 without gaining a single skill. I don't understand why is it in red? Is there a way to fix this so I can cap it out?

Try moving around, if it is like warrior bind wound or hybrid defence then the cap for your level will change depending on where you are / the size of the moon. Look in the bugs forums (fora?) for similar conversations.

I thought h2h had a lower cap than other skills

No, the last patch in Kunark changed that. There seems to be a few server to client discrepancies and it "should" just be a visual bug.

the bug isn't just visual when I put on my 1hb weapon my attack goes up almost by 30. My hand to hand is actually not skilled up.
