Brother Balatin MQ Question for Robe
 

So does the guy MQ'ing the first turn in for you need to be sneaked. If he is a mage, how its it i possible for him to do it. He can't charm or anything. Is there some other way rather than Puppet strings?

You only need indifferent faction to turn-in, which is why sneak works. Brother is very low level and easy to charm. Charmed mobs always con indifferent to players(amiable to the charmer).

Bard, enchanter, necromancer or someone with puppet strings is all you need. Once charmed, the mage can turn in his piece.
