This is not happening. I watched the mob spawn at approximately 1 pm game time. Did not despawn in the evening, changed spawn at 9am. Then it despawns, with no respawn until 9 am the next day. Looks to be 24 hour, game time, vs 12 hour game time.

Joleena is still on an in-game 24 hour respawn rather than 12. Free bump!

Joleena/fairy guard ph will switch by day/night.
