Public list of GM tradeskillers
 

Wasn't there a public list of known master /GM crafters, whom would state their skill(s), levels and other miscellaneous information?

This was kept so that people could proposition or hire them for work.

I myself am looking for a master tailor for Arctic Wyvern armors.
