Royal Scribe Kaaven--No Head

Hello.

I hope this is the right forum. Wikki lists Royal Scribe Kaaven in Icewell keep to drop head of scribe "always." http://wiki.project1999.com/Royal_Scribe_Kaavin. The last 4 spawns he has not dropped the head. Please help.

Wiki isn't a source to cite something as bugged.

Indicating it is not a 100% drop rate, by fairly high. Sounds like bad luck or it's possible the drop rate is set low, but out of 4 kills you can't determine that.
