Sit regen is being weird
 

I don't sit-regen very often on my Bard but I found myself doing it today, and when I got to 50%, my HP started oscillating between 50 and 60%. I know there are client issues that sometimes misrepresent one's HP, but I've never seen it be misrepresented this badly. Usually it's just a difference of 1%, not 10%.
