You should be okay with Bloodsabers in the sewers, but I am not 100% certain on that.

Just got killed twice by an NPC while invis, so thats a no..Not sure how the hell Im getting my corpse.

Make a toon friendly with those NPCs and /consent that toon, drag to exit

you can do the Brandy Quest and be Ally to the merchants in less then 30 min

Iksar start out dubious to the Qeynos Sewers guildhalls. Should be enough to train and bank but not enough to purchase from the vendors without sneak.

There are other non Bloodsaber mobs, like Bait Masterson. Honestly don't know of anything that would have killed you while you were invis though. It's possible you messed up your Bloodsabers faction if you've been killing in Qeynos Hills.
