Wizard Epic turn in, as dark elf or KoS to nearby npcs
 

Had a question for anyone who has done this as a dark elf thats kos in halas. The truespirit vendor is amiably to me, the one to the side is dubious with a necklace click but the other one is KoS threatening still(figure I will have to get harmony for this one and any pathing guards).

Just curious if any dark elves or KoS wizards to these npc's have done the turn in and if so, how? The first time when I bought my potion and did the turn ins I had to use a TL box binded at zone line of halas/everfrost with manaskin. I do not have the option of rebinding anymore, plus I don't want to risk aggro when doing the turn in for the final 3 staves to receive the bag.

Any help would be much appreciated, Like does wolf form help any if mixed with alliance necklace ALSO or would it make no difference? thanks.

Should be able to root the trigger, snare the others then go zone, zone back in and invis back to trigger

Was able to do it with harmony and finished, thanks. I did think of the aon thing but person MQing was someone I did not know.

So DE is kos even to the turn npc? Easiest method is to just get harmony then?

the turn in npc pre note(for final turn in) is like indiffierent then transforms into truespirit faction once triggered with note or earlier quest to turn into arantir. theres 2 other vendors near by. one can be alliance neck to dubious, the other one remains threatening no matter what. so harmony is best regardless.
