Erudin Palace Heretic Battle Missing NPC

The NPC Warden Lius is Missing in Action from the Erudin City Office. Alakazam says the mob should be at 560, 850. Screenshot enclosed with current location displayed, no Warden. I just got level 7 on my Alt and this quest was going to be the perfect time killer. Hope this gets fixed.

Update I found Warden Lius however he is not responding to the quest prompt 'I need the Heretic Remains'
