Monk epic turn ins
 

Are you expected to have a certain faction for each of the turn ins? Or is it recommended to just sneak turn everythin in behind the mob and be indiff?

Yes just sneak turn everything in at indifferent faction? Or just turn in demon fangs and book without doing anythig

I didn't do any faction for mine. The only quest NPC that is KOS is Brother Balatin, and I rented a Chanter charm for my pipe hand-ins.
