Anyone know when the Hand Drum graphics were changed and action in live so that bards were no longer drumming a flute?

Get a Nostrolo Tambourine and all your worries will be over. I also think I read somewhere its more of a graphical glitch or maybe its just easier to render a flute? No one marches to the beat of their own drum anymore anyhow... now give a bard a flute and he can make everyone into a follower as he pipes away (Pied Piper ring a bell?).
