I working on WAR quest:Crafted Pauldron
i gave all quest item to Ulan Meadowgreen in Southern Karana
but he nothing give me
can anyone help ?
Quest item is :
1 Fire Emerald
1 Bottom of a Fractured Rune
1 Middle of a Fractured Rune
1 Top of a Fractured Rune
anything i wrong ?

Stop wasting your time and just buy better for a few hundred pp

The quest, however, should be functional. That is, after all, the goal of the project.

Assuming the OP has not made any mistakes of his own, this post indicates that the quest is broken and needs fixing.
