I just got this skill on my bard. Does anyone use this? Is it worth working up? :confused:

Not for a bard, under any circumstances. I'd say it's downright useless for every other class, too, except under some very specific, edge case conditions.

far to unreliable on any class. even more so on a bard. just use fear song

Incredibly unreliable even against low cons w/ a maxed skill at 60 (speaking from Rogue experience. Not bard).

Used it to solo from 35-50 on my Rogue (before its effectiveness was nerfed) but yes useless for a bard.
