Shield of the Devout quest
 
Can it be MQ'ed? Can one person turn in the Ingot of the Devout and Icon of the Devout and then another person (the cleric completing the quest and getting the shield) turn in the 2 Vulcanized Platinum Bars? Or do all the items need to be turned in at the same time?

Yes, can be MQ'd. I did this with my L35 shm and L4 cleric. Just make sure the cleric has the bars and camp your two characters right at the quest turn-in. It's probably one of the best Sol Ro cleric items, so enjoy it! (Bracers are OK too)
