Someone named Farladar asking me for items on red?

Got a PM from this guy, Class of 2010, asking me about Red99 and a starter kit so he can join a guild there. Anyone got any intel on this person? The post was heavily coded in what some what reference as a Pizza purchase, but I don't want to make any assumptions until I have all the facts.
