Empire broke up, most of the shit heads joined Tempest.
Other members mostly scattered around and PvP. Tempest currently the leading pixel guild. Other than that, server is fairly healthy if you put 5-10 people on ignore. |
That guy has the right idea ignore 15% of the server and you will be fine.
