i mean .. if it was a typical man, and his boss kept using female pronouns, or vice versa, this would be a clear cut case of harassment. it's only because some people don't agree with other people determining who they are that this is an issue.

I will never use "they" to describe a single person. I'm fine with using whatever singular pronoun you want, but I will not use a plural pronoun to refer to a single person - I don't care if you prefer it.

Or we should just make up a new singular pronoun for tranimes who prefer "they."
