EQ is super played out ATM. Wait six months, it's a better winter sport and by that time the Zek build will be out if you want an EQ pvp fix. This Project seems to have run its course and the likelihood of them dropping another server seems low. They've never pandered to the player base, their timeline and project direction is slowly plodding along loosely bound to their projections.

There will likely never be. 400+ server open again but if you time your playing to Zek releases and potentially a 1:100000 discord release you might get some temporary satisfaction.

Red99 was a lot of fun but an EQ server without 100-200
Online for EACH expansion released is really empty. EQ is a shit single player game.

Box died when Empire quit.

Box died when Nihilum and Azrael were gone, meaningful pvp was never seen again.
Empire raided on a dead server with 0 competition, just like Tempest is doing now.
