Song of the Deep Sea text errors

The proc message has the wrong wording, it reads "The fury of the deep see fills your arms."

Is the apostrophe even correct in the effect "Song of the Deep Sea's"?

The message should read, "You feel your pulse quicken."

I think whoever created this weapon and proc was extremely high during the development. Shits classic though
