Kinlo Strongarm apprehensive con (druid epic question)
 

Hey, so I'm trying to turn in the Jade Reaver to Kinlo Strongarm in order to get the enchanted clay. Kinlo cons apprehensive to me and when I try to hail him, or use some of the quests prompts like, "what mud", I get a white text that says "Kinlo will not speak to you". Anyone have this issue? Definitely don't want to lose my Jade Reaver trying to hand it in. There is apparently a brick quest I can do with him, but I can't seem to find it on the wiki. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Ok, so update, I ended up killing orcs and using CB belts to get to indifferent. He's on Stormguard or kaladim merchant faction.

If it's anything like the Ranger epic quest it doesn't matter if he responds to text. Just do the turn in and it will work. I was worried that he wouldn't respond to me, but someone told me to go ahead and do turn in and it worked fine.
