Lich of Miragul
 

In the Caves in Everfrost the Lich is now aggro. is that intended?
Im a 50 Ench and grouped with a 50 Shaman and only got him
to 70 %. Immune to mez, stuns and highly resistant. Very high
aggro range. :p
Quite a bit for that zone and area.
Unable to do anything in Caves due to his roaming.
i.e. quest the Glacier Bear

This is definitely working as intended. It sucks, but thats where he lives, and he hates you.

Read the alla posts about the Totemic helm quest and you'll see plenty of people complaining about getting ganked by the lich while camping for the bear pelt.
