A Giant Blood Sac (http://wiki.project1999.com/Giant_Blood_Sac) drops from giant swamp leeches in East Cabilis, but not in SONH.

The Giant Swamp Leeches in SOHN also don't drop leech husks

They do drop them, but not nearly enough.
