Is it possible to do this quest without being able to forage? If so how?

yes. You have a forager mq the sap. I believe its sap + acid from the bladders so the guy with the sap turns it in then you turn in the acid

From reading the description, sounds like you should be able to multiquest it at the boot cleaning oil mixture part. Person with foraged piece turns into Pythic Urson, and then the person wanting to complete the quest turns in Ooze they already collected. (I have no idea if this is functioning as intended with the MQ at this part, it is something worth testing.)

can do this quest at what ever level you can solo rhinos. for most classes that is before they can do ww drgs
