Trump Virulence Infects Sanders Campaign

As the primary season draws to a close, Democrat leaders have come together to rally against the advocacy of violence increasingly prominent among Sanders supporters.

A defiant Sanders turned a deaf ear to the pleas for calm from Senators Reid and Durbin amid allegations of chair throwing and misogynistic language by Sanders supporters.

It has become apparent the Democrat party may succumb to the same nastiness inherent to the Republican Party should Sanders be permitted to continue his campaign of intolerance. That is of course unacceptable, especially when we have been blessed with so qualified and impeccable an alternative.

It's Hillary Clinton in November, I'd switch off from the rest of it.

I'm sure Bernie will be writing a book anyway :p

Shillary has literally no chance of beating Trump in an election

What's being totally detached from reality on a daily basis like?

JurisDictum 05-18-2016 12:56 PM

I couple of people booing, yelling and throwing chairs at the wall (not people ) is "violence" in the way that destroying logging roads was "environmental terrorism."

Hyperbole much?

Delegates need to go, it should be straight popular vote. I said the same thing back in 2008 when Hillary was pushed out of the race by the media and delegates, opposed to the actual popular votes of the Democratic party.

Bernie is just staying in to leverage his power. And its ok. Those who don't think its ok to wait until the convention have a short memory. Unlike 2008, the front runner has the popular vote.

I don't prefer either one of the frontrunners but I will tell you though that I also have a very hard time believing that Hillary can beat Trump. I think the democrats might have fucked this one up. She has all but outworn her welcome in American politics. I honestly hope this election ends with her in prison but I guess that's too much to ask for.

Either way, America loses regardless of which of the two main parties takes the white house. They're both equally terrible for Americans at the end of the day.

Anyone who talks about Hillary Clinton going to prison for using a private e-mail server is getting their information from far right wing sources. Likewise, their views are skewed about what is likely to happen in the election. Just be prepared for another Mitt Romney style surprise on election day. I went through the same thing when I realized Scott Walker was popular where they elected him -- the media I was watching at the time convinced me that Walker went way too far and a recall was eminent.

The majority of blacks/hispanics/other non-whites aren't voting for Trump, that's easy for Hillary. Lots of people despite all the bullshit want to see a female President, particularly women... so that's another section of people not voting for Trump.

I can't see him winning, unless there's plans behind the curtain for another big war abroad. In which case, maybe the media slant will be towards him in the run up.

I don't like to think what the average IQ of an American is, present company aside of course.

It's not right wing spin to say a normal, non-special breaching security anywhere near the level Clinton did, would be facing prison time.

You're otherwise correct; she won't be punished.

Spyder73 05-18-2016 05:35 PM

Shillary will never do any prison time and will likely not be indicted because of who she is, but Pokesan is dead on when saying a normal plebeian politician would have been jailed for several years for her same actions.
