Make Poison -- Wisdom or Int?
 

My Barb has higher base wisdom, can I up wisdom to improve my skillups in make poison or does it have to be int?

also is apply the same? int/wis based skillups?

If you'd like to have fun with a WIS / INT controlled tradeskill, try pottery. It's living hell. Higher of the two to answer you though. Every tradeskill is influenced by the highest of WIS / INT or, for particular skills, STR or DEX.

STR = Blacksmithing
DEX = Poison, fletching, and I think tailoring.

Get a Tola cap from Trakanon's lair, woven shadow BP, and maybe Ixi shoulders.
