Change the code to teams, let anyone who is level 60 race switch so they can coordinate with their guild.

Watch the population flourish.

There are a ton of reasons to why that is a bad idea.

Also, why you gotta be so harsh to those level 1-59 and not value their EQ friendships!

Server is already dead, lets be reasonable. What could possibly make it worse?

There are other reasons it is a bad idea.

There isn't a team set up that makes everyone happy, it is almost impossible to balance all available race/class combinations.

I think the differences are minor and the community could be happy with a final decision but that final decision would take a lot of thought.

There is no way devs are going to put in that much effort.

Even if Rogean was for some reason active and wanted to help make the community better I think a big change like this would feel like a loss of credibility for him. I disagree but I get the impression he would feel that way since he seems very resistant to changes, resets, wipes, etc.
