Otters in CS at 58
 

why does everyone on every board (can only look at archives normally) say to do otters as a necro at 58? cant for the life of me figure out why not just them at 54 or 56 or ?
anyone know?

Stab in the dark here, but I would imagine they have higher HPs compared to Kunark mobs and the increased DoT damage you have at 58 probably makes the camp much better than struggling through it with Splurt and it taking forever/draining you
