Players randomly disappearing and reappearing.
 

Just started happening last night, possibly since the patch but I think it was happening once the ddos troubles began. Sometimes PC's close to me will just disappear off my screen only to reappear a few seconds later. I know others are having this problem too.

Yea, I've been getting this problem as well. A large group of people will seemingly disappear at random then reappear a few seconds later. Doesn't seem to have a trigger as to when it happens, just very random.
