Are the spurned initiate armor quests in Neriak classic or not?

I'm pretty sure that -all- the initiate armor quests came out at the same time in 2002. Can't remember though if it was with Luclin or right before it. A shame too because I think they were fun quests to do and they hook you up with a good set of newbie armor (compared to cloth armor from decaying skeletons).

Yea I really liked those quests but my decayed skeleton armor will have to do for now! ;)

Those quests would be retarded since most of the rewards are better than a majority of classic armor.
