VELKSTOR LABRYNITH DOWN/CRASHED RED99

my level 58 enchanter simbolcial heavens is stuck in velkstor labrynith upoun zoning in at 3pm pacific 4/21/2016 i recieved you are disconented. i attmpeted to log back in 3 times. once i got you are disconnetced twice i got kicked to the login/password screen. can the zone be looked into,reset, or send me back to my bind at great divide rings
