Missing NPC: Merchant Niwiny (Gfay)
 

I have been trying to find small chainmail patterns in game, and the wiki has them listed in 2 places.

1 Merchant Niwiny in Gfay, who is currently missing(checked 5+ times)
2 Thrack in Neriak(who currently does not sell them).

I am trying to make some dwarf cultural chain armor, but I can not finish it with out the pattern, does anyone know where these are sold, or if this NPC is currently bugged?
